Eki has worked hard all week long and is looking forward to a relaxing weekend. But rest and peace keep slipping farther and farther away, as Eki and his best friend Petson find themselves competing for the attentions of the same girl. Engaging in an epic battle, the men don’t shy away from any dirty tricks. When the plot gets tangled with a stolen bike, a stingy hemp farmer and a gang of ‘roid-raging bodybuilders looking to collect on some debts, the weekend is a guaranteed disaster. Or is it? The question, in the end, is; who gets screwed – and by whom?

 The first movie by the makers of the Finnish cult travel show Madventures tries to capture an accurate picture of a lifestyle, generation and language in Helsinki at this specific point in time. In the interest of authenticity, the roles are played by a cast of amateurs and carefully chosen characters from the streets of the city. The capital of Finland has rarely looked as good as it does in this luscious black and white production.
